How is AI used?
Your CV and cover letter are produced by an automated AI-assisted system built on recruiter-grade methodology and run through automated quality checks (including an ATS lint pass) before delivery. This is a self-serve service, not a live human editing session.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your delivered CV and cover letter, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Full terms are in our Refund & Quality Policy.
How do you handle my personal data?
We use your CV, contact details, target-role brief, and order emails to fulfil the service. Uploaded CV files and order records are scheduled for cleanup after 30 days, and we may retain a minimal customer profile and order-related email records longer for support, refunds, security, and legal obligations. Can you guarantee I will get the job?
No. Landing a role depends on many factors, and we do not claim guaranteed interviews, placements, or outcome rates.
What can ThinkStack Recruitment prove today?

Will you match me to job opportunities?

How fast is the actual turnaround?
Most completed intakes are delivered the same day, and the contractual SLA remains 48 hours after your details are complete. If we need follow-up answers to tailor the documents properly, that 48-hour window starts once those answers are in.
What if I have questions after delivery?
