Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the CV polish service offered by ThinkStack Recruitment, a service of ThinkStack Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). Board/legal review is still required on the exact legal-entity name and registered address wording used across the site.

Service description

For the one-time fee shown at checkout, we provide an automated self-serve service that produces a recruiter-grade CV rewrite and a tailored cover letter for one target role.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing checkout you agree to pay the stated fee. We do not store card details.

What you must provide

To begin fulfilment, you must submit your current CV and tell us the target role you want us to optimise for. If we reasonably need clarifying information, you agree to provide it through the intake flow or by email.

Delivery timing

We aim to deliver within 48 hours after your details are complete. Details are complete when we have your uploaded CV, target role brief, and any follow-up answers reasonably needed to tailor the documents. Delivery is to the email address linked to your order.

Amendments

Each order includes up to two free amendments after delivery. Additional revisions or a fresh rewrite may require a new purchase.

Refunds

Our full refund terms are set out in the Refund & Quality Policy. That policy forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

Delivered documents are for your personal use. You own the underlying personal content you provide. Our methodology, prompts, templates, software, and operational workflow remain our property.

Use of AI

Your documents are generated and formatted by an automated AI-assisted workflow using recruiter-grade methodology, with automated quality checks before delivery. This service is self-serve and email-driven. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, it does not include a live human consultation or manual editor review.

Liability posture

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, placements, or any other employment outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or outcome-based losses arising from your use of the delivered documents. Our maximum aggregate liability for a claim connected to this service is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
